Following a successful debut last year, Heineken® Saturday returns with a bang on Saturday 24 March at the Formula 1® 2018 Rolex Australian Grand Prix. The not to miss event features top Australian as well as some of the world’s greatest artists such as the highly anticipated Black Eyed Peas DJ Set featuring Apl.de.ap and Taboo of the Black Eyed Peas.
Heineken® Saturday’s line-up performances include UK star Luciana, Brisbane’s DJ/producer Young Franco along with singer/songwriter Thandi Phoenix and local artists including Nite Theory featuring DJ producer Andy Murphy.
Luciana who is also affectionately known as the ‘Queen of Electro” in entertainment circles has collaborated with some of the world’s biggest DJs including Tiesto, Will Sparks as well as Hardwell and they will perform together a number of her chart-topping hits such as ‘I Like That’. This hit has achieved double platinum sales in Australia since its launch.
In a gig that promises memorable fireworks, Young Franco and Thandi Phoenix will join hands in offering electrifying sounds and dance. Thandi will also showcase her talent on stage following a successful national tour that lasted 12 months. This tour saw her perform along great artists like Pete Tong and the 65-piece Heritage Orchestra. The duo will perform hits including ‘Drop Your Love’, ‘Miss You’ and Thandi’s new single, ‘My Way Out’ going to be released on March 23 and was produced by UK based chart-topping band, Rudimental.

The other anticipated key feature of the event includes the lined up performance by Melbourne based electronic band Nite Theory. Featuring DJ producer Andy Murphy, the ensemble is currently one of the hottest new live acts on the scene in 2018 and is for sure going to give a sizzling performance on stage. They will take to the Heineken® stage to perform their smash-hit ‘Just A Dream’, which recently hit number two on the ARIA Club Trackers Chart.
In this coming exciting Heineken Saturday, anticipate many more special performances to be announced featuring in Heineken Village across the four-day event in one of the biggest live stage performance on the country’s social calendar!
Heineken Village will offer event goers a lively atmosphere to enjoy on-track live action, music performances, ice cold Heineken, Heineken 3 and Birra Moretti, and a range of delicious local dishes. Sliders on Tyres¸ one of Melbourne’s most popular food trucks will serve up handcrafted sliders and delicious treats; Jimmy Grants will offer the finest Greek street food while 400 Gradi will be offering authentic wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas.
