Remember the happy snaps from our recent trip to China, Hong Kong and Thailand? In our photos we looked pretty cool, calm and stylish, however what you didn’t see was the mad rush of preparation in the lead up to our big trip. Living the busy and spontaneous lifestyle we do, we didn’t have too much time to plan our adventure. Booking connecting flights, accommodation and transport for foreign countries was not an easy task. By the time we’d finally finished organising our itinerary, we’d almost forgotten about the most important part of any influencer’s vacation – the outfits! So of course, the day before we were scheduled to fly out we were last minute shopping for looks.

We knew a trip to the shops wasn’t going to work as we had multiple meetings spread out across the day and couldn’t afford to spend time finding a park and visiting shop after shop. We highly recommend Australia Post’s Parcel Lockers. They’re extremely convenient, at over 260 locations countrywide, and they’re accessible 24-7 for parcel pickup. As much as we love that the posties can still deliver to your door,
we find we’re never at home to sign for packages. So we often end up having to go to the Post Office the next day on our lunch break to pick parcels up. We also love that we’re sent email notifications along the way, letting us know when our parcel is ready for collection from the Lockers. Pro tip: jump online now and set up your account for free (yep, free).
We completed our online order before 10am, so our parcel was delivered later that day! Once the parcel was received by Australia Post, we were sent an SMS by MyPost with our collection code. We then used our collection code to open the Parcel Locker and collect our goodies – easy! Getting that SMS notification was a big relief as we anxiously counted down the hours to our flight’s departure. We were so relieved to pick up our parcel from the Lockers with plenty of time to pack away the new threads in our suitcase! Finally we were all prepped and ready for our travels to China.
