We’re excited to showcase our collaboration with Ubermen‘s SS15 collection with the touch of The Simple Gentleman’s styling for the new modern gentleman.
If you don’t already know Ubermen is located in the heart of Brisbane City, Australia. They sell quality mens and womens fashion, from casual wear to formal suits where everything is well-measured. Ubermen releases two seasonal collections each year with the latest shown at the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week. What I like about the brand, first is the quality of the clothing (garments and seasonal styling) as well the lifestyle they convey, look good for business and relax in style.
We have chosen three looks to showcase, each with its own individual style, characteristics and occasion.
First up is the grey/blue Windowpane check suit jacket (fit me like a glove) paired with a white black/blue check shirt. it’s a classic combination that will always work. We had two options with the pants black or blue (colours from the shirt) we went for blue for that pop and used black for the finer details. it’s all about the colour matching gents make sure it not too overpowering, you just want that good level of.. yeah that work ;). Also I’ve kept it fresh by going sockless (no show socks) paired with black oxford shoes. We have also collaborated with fashionista Emily from Corporate Catwalker, pairing our looks to show you how style and colours work together.
This look is perfect for city business attire, wearing to and from work showing your personality & style to the world while receiving comments like ‘you’re very dapper today’ OR perhaps you’re attending a red carpet VIP event for the launch of a new brand: talking to new people, drinking white wine and sharing laughs.
